How to order

Flemington Shop provides you with the ability to order VRC & Melbourne Cup Carnival merchandise online. All prices listed include GST.

Please note freight costs apply & will be added to your shopping cart on checkout.
Orders dispatched under 2kg attract a freight charge of $10.00 (inc gst)
Orders dispatched above 2kg attract a freight charge of $15.00 (inc gst)

Please follow the below steps to order through the website:

  1. Select the product you require by clicking on its picture.
  2. Fill in the quantity required and click the "Add to cart" button.
  3. Repeat step 2 until you have ordered all the items you require.
  4. Once you have completed your online shopping click on "View Cart" button to take you to your shopping list.
  5. Click on "Check Out" button to submit your order and you will automatically be taken through to the online order form.
  6. Please enter your personal and credit card details. Your total amount payable is outlined at the bottom of the form (Freight is automatically included). Once you have completed your details and checked your items are correct, please click on the submit button.

An order confirmation will be emailed to you once your order has been processed and received. Your order will be dispatched once your credit card payment has been received and authorised by TPF.

Please note that "TPF / The Promotions Factory" will appear on your credit card statement.

Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, please allow 7-10 working days for Australian delivery and 10-14 working days for international delivery, depending on the destination.

TPF accepts no responsibility for delays in delivery following dispatch, which are due to a country's customs (export/import) clearance requirements.

Delivery is performed within the deadlines provided for direct delivery to the addressee or, if the addressee is absent, by a notice informing him/her of the availability of the parcel.

Delivery deadlines are indicated as accurately as possible. TPF are not responsible for delivery delays following dispatch of your order. No damages or compensation will be payable in the event of delivery deadlines being exceeded. However, if the product has not been delivered 10 days after the delivery date indicated and this is due for any reason other than force majeure, the purchase may then be cancelled and you may be refunded the price paid to the exclusion of any other damages or compensation (provided the delay is not contributed to by you).

What currency are products displayed in?

All prices are in Australian dollars and include Goods and Sevices Tax at 10%. Only Australian orders are subject to the GST and all international orders will be processed exclusive of GST. All totals will be billed as Australian Dollars. International customers will be charged the equivalent of this rate in their respective currencies at the time the bank processes the transaction.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Bankcard, Diners Club and American Express. We do not accept Cheques, Money orders or any other forms of payment.

What do I do if a garment does not fit correctly?

Please return the garment with a copy of your receipt to the following address. TPF – Flemington Shop 75 High Street, Prahran, VIC 3181 AUSTRALIA

You are required to advise if you wish to exchange for another garment or be refunded. Please return garments by Recorded Delivery, Registered Post or your local equivalent, as we cannot accept any liability for goods lost in transit. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

What should I do if my order is incomplete on arrival?

How do I know that my order has been received?

You will receive immediate confirmation that your order has been received by email.

Is purchasing online safe?

Flemington Shop offers you a safe and secure shopping experience. You will notice a padlock icon on the base of your browser when you enter our website. This indicates that all information entered in the session is secure.

Once you have entered your credit card details your payment will be processed online. When you click the 'Submit Order' button, we send the transaction to the bank. Unlike giving credit card details over the phone, our online system automatically encrypts all your details using the SSL encryption standard.
